Refund policy

Our Refund Policy is that the product must be refunded within 10 days of receiving the product. You need to provide the order number and reason for requesting a refund. Due to COVID 19 we are currently not accepting any refunds.

Damages

If you claim that our product has been damaged there needs to be photographic proof of the damage within the email or inquiry sent.
